Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract on the terms shown here alone.
SEO involves search engines and AI systems whose algorithms I do not control. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or citation outcomes. What I do commit to is real audit work, a documented process, and honest reporting on what happened, whether the news is good or not.
Timely delivery of SEO work depends on reasonable access and cooperation: access to your site, analytics, and Search Console where relevant, and timely feedback on drafts or recommendations. Delays on your end can affect project timelines.
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are set out in the individual proposal or agreement for each engagement, not on this website. No payment information is collected or processed through this site itself.
Content, audits, and reports I deliver as part of a paid engagement become your property once paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed. The design, code, and content of this website itself remain my property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from SEO work, including but not limited to lost profits or traffic fluctuations caused by search engine or AI platform algorithm changes outside my control.
Either party can end an ongoing engagement per the notice terms set out in that engagement's own agreement. Work completed up to the termination date is payable.
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
